PROPERTY LOCATION: From Camden, Missouri go 2 miles South on Camden Rd, and then turn East on Sunshine Road and go 2.5 miles to the northeast corner of the farm. (Watch for auction signs.)



LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A 125+/- acre tract of land located in the SW/4 of Section 6-50N-27W together with a small tract in the Southeast Corner of the SE/4 of Section 1-50N-28W, all in Ray County, Missouri. (Full legal description TBD by Title Company).

ORDER OF AUCTION: According to Ray County the farm is 125+/- acres, and it is offered in two individual tracts. This allows a buyer an opportunity to purchase one tract or both tracts (entire farm).

TRACT #1: consists of 45+/- acres of row crop land with road frontage on the north and east sides.

TRACT #2: consists of 80+/- of row crop land with road frontage on the east and south sides.
